 How do I register and why should I?

Regitering will make you able to buy any product and access to our services:

- You can see your orders and invoices On-line
- You can see and download all your downloadable MP3 purchases from the icon “your downloads”
- You can share opinions with other users about our products.
- You can buy and send diquela products to a different direction from yours; for presents, etc…

The registration is done with one click, so in only one or two minutes you will be registered.
(It won't be necessary that you check your mail to confirm your registration)



How can I start buying and how exactly does the shop work?

To be able to buy you must first register.
Once you have registered go to the desired product and click on:


If you want to see the details of your purchase, click on

When you want to purchase the selected products that appear in your shopping cart, click on


When you want to do the final payment you will be required to do three steps:

1 - Select the way in which it is going to be sent to you
2 - Select the payment mode (VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL or Bank Wire)
3 - Revise and check that your purchase is correct and confirm it.

Once finished if your payment is done via VISA or MASTERCARD (through La Caixa) you will have to introduce your VISA data and the expiry date. If your payment is by bank wire you will have to do it to the
bank account number that we will get across to you.

Can I buy without registering?

No. You have to register once and remember your email and password. This way you will be able to buy anytime without having to rewrite all your info.
We will send you information emails to make it even simpler. The registration is done with one click, so in only one or two minutes you will be registered.
(It won't be necessary that you check your mail to confirm your registration)



How do the virtual MP3 downloads work?

In Diquela you can either buy physical products (that we will send to your home address) and virtual products.
You will find the virtual products in the category of:

The buying process for virtual products is the same than the physical products:
You have to add the desired product to your basket and "do the payment" once you have confirmed that your basket has all you want in it.

If you are paying via VISA, MASTERCARD or PAYPAL you will have the virtual products straight away.
If you are paying via Bank Transfer you will have to wait a few days so we can check your transfer and activate your virtual products.

To download the songs you have bought you will have to click on 'your downloads' and a list of what you purchased will appear.


You will have a maximum of 5 downloads (clicks) of each song.
Each purchased song will have the remaining downloads on the right hand side of it.
You will also be able to download a PDF with the info of the song or album.



If you ever had any problems with the downloads please don't hesitate in contacting with the technical support



Can I buy virtual and physical products at the same time?

Yes, no problem whatsoever. We will send you the physical products to your home address and you will have inmediate access to your virtual products.



Can I read people's comments of the products?

Yes. Each product has an inferior button where you can read any existing comments:




Can I share my comments with other people?

Yes, if you register. Once you have registered you will be able to see all messages from other people by clicking on 'Reviews'

And you will be able to add your comments to any product.
