By accepting Diquela's terms of usage, you acknowledge and agree with the following:

Ownership

All materials on this site are the property of Naquera Compás S.L. / Diquela Records. All tracks sold are offered with unlimited personal usage: this includes copying to hard drives, portable machines, and music devices in their possession. Tracks may be downloaded up to [5] times after purchase. The company grants you non-exclusive right to play or use tracks for any personal purpose or event, non-transferable to any other party and not including commercial usage or repackaging.

Delivery

Diquela products may not be available in all areas, depending on local laws. All products are sold through normal, uncertified mail for a minimum fee. Diquela recommends that any individuals in countries or jurisdictions with known postal problems request certified delivery. Naquera Compás S.L. / Diquela Records cannot guarantee delivery of any products not sent through certified mail, and shall not be held responsible in any way for materials lost during shipping or for violations of local laws regarding contents or opinions included therein.

Personal Information

Some personal information is required to purchase music from the Merkaíllo. Diquela Records will never release your personal information to anyone, period. Currently, transactions are conducted through Paypal's secure site, Bank Wire or Credit Card Payment. Diquela itself maintains a secure site, but accepts the fact that all materials transmitted over the internet are never guaranteed secure.

Your use of this site is at your own risk. The Diquela Records Merkaíllo is provided "as is," to the fullest extent that the law permits, with regard to all site content and operation.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to Diquela's own error or inability to maintain the site, may be held liable for any direct, indirect, or special damages related to a) usage, b) inablity to use, or 3) errors or omissions in the contents and functionality of the site.

You agree to indemnify and hold Naquera Compás S.L. / Diquela Records S.L harmless against any and all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claim arising from breach of these Terms, and shall use written communication with the company as your sole means of resolving any such claim.

General

The Terms and Conditions here constitute an agreement between you and Dquela Records with all respect to your use of the site. Any claim must be addressed directly to the company within six [6] months after the cause for action occurs. These terms shall be governed by and construed under the Laws of Spain, and the court of jurisdiction shall be that of Barcelona, Catalunya.
